The 4th of July!
When you are in the middle of moving in, you do what you can for the holidays. This year my son and DIL were able to spend the weekend with us, helping us move in and get started unpacking.
The good news is, every day can be a celebration if you try! We shot off our NC approved fireworks at 10 and put our chicken on the grill at about 11 p.m. Ha! We ate super late, but didn’t rush and had a great time!
Today, we started unpacking boxes. My goodness! Thankfully, we were able to get our dining room started! Baby steps!!
